CECL was founded in 1948 as electrical contracting firm primarily engaged in simple residential and small industrial electrical wiring. In the early years CECL established its long-standing commitment to fairness, quality, its people, and its clients.

By the early 1960s, CECL was well known and respected commercial and industrial electrical contractor with a solid customer base in the province of SIND. This solid foundation, coupled with the development of a strong management team, formed the platform for the expansion of the company.

By the early 1970s, CECL was a true national company. In this decade the company completed many prestigious projects.

In the early 1980s, the company added the Trading Division and launched line of electrical products to serve the industry.

In the 1990s, the expansion of CECL continued. The company completed many high rise buildings and large industrial projects. The trading division achieved a milestone by acquiring orders in excess of sales target.

In early 2000s, the company continued to grow and completed renowned five-star hotel at Islamabad.

Going forward, CECL’s strategy continues to be to grow in a planned and profitable manner by operating with integrity and loyalty to our employees, customers, suppliers and the communities where we do business.
